Feb 26 ~ Thursday

Dollar Days! My favorite day of the week.
Katherine and I went out shopping at both Goodwills. I got a shirt, some jeans for Jeff and a couple other things i can't seem to remember.
Later, Katherine and I went BACK to the second Goodwill so she could get 2 plates and candlestick holder to make a nail polish holder that she saw made on a Youtube video.
She put it together and did a good job!
Tonight we watched Elementary.

Feb 24 ~ Tuesday

Spent a lot of time listing and Jeff spent a lot of time packing today.
Katherine and I did the post office run then went to Walmart for groceries.
While we were there I got a text from Chris saying that they needed to find a place for their cat, Tiger Lily and the kittens because Damon had developed an allergy to them.
So on the way home Katherine and I went and picked them up and brought them home and put the whole soft sided crate and cats into Catherine's room
Now we have how many cats????
Tonight we watched NCIS.

Feb 22 ~ Sunday

Spent the most of the day watching TCM (Turner Classic Movies).
 2001 Space Odyssey,
2010 (the sequel)
and Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind.
The last was SUCH a great movie... they don't make Sci-Fi like that anymore.
Nice quiet day.
In the evening we watched Walking dead.


I found these notes from Sally and Nancy... they are over 40 years old.

Feb 21 ~ Sat

This morning Katherine and hit the Goodwill for half off day.
We got an office chair, she got a shirt, I got a shirt and I got the DVD Eat Love Pray brand new, never opened. We stopped at the 99¢ store on the way home.
I listed some this morning but mostly I cleaned in the garage and watched some cool science shows on the science channel with Jeff.
We both took showers and spent some quiet time together holed up in the bedroom.
We watched Grimm tonight.


Apparently we don't have to tell Jonesy to "Make himself at home". He figured it out all by himself.

Feb 18 ~ Wed

Had a couple of rough days.. we lost the little kitty because she was just too little and young to survive.

Today was the day we FINALLY got Jonesy into be neutered.
After not being able to find him and panicking that we would miss his free appointment I got the idea to shake food in the aluminum bowl and popped right up and over the wall.
Katherine and I drove him to the mobile MASH unit. (Mobile Animal Spay Hospital) and dropped him off.
We came home and waited and they called about 2 hours later, told us he was finished and that they tested him for the 2 different feline Leukemia viruses and he was negative for both and we went and picked him up.
At home Jeff packed a ton of stuff and the kids had a ton of work.
Katherine and I did the post office run then went and picked up some groceries.
Tonight we watched NCIS.

Feb 14 ~ Saturday

Chris and Jamie brought over one of their kittens this morning that had been doing very badly.
We agreed to take care of it. It's 2 days old.
I listed during the day when I wasnt feeding the kitten and Jeff and I watched some Star Trek Next Gen.
We took the kitten back in the evening to Chris' house to see if we could get her to nurse a little on mama kitty but no luck so after we stopped at the market we brought her back home.
We watched 12 Monkeys tonight.

Feb 13 ~ Friday

This morning Jeff and I went to Staples for ink for the printer and then went and did some serious grocery shopping at Walmart. Around 2 Jamie brought over Taylin and Damon.

Feb 12 ~ Thurs

Today was dollar day at the Goodwill so Jeffrey and I went and got him 2 shirts and a shirt for Jeff and some pants too.
We came home then Katherine and I went out to the other Goodwill and I got myself 2 nice shirts.
Then we stopped off at Chris' place to see the new kittens and puppies. SO cute, even if its totally irresponsible for them to bring all those new littlelives into an already overcrowded pet population.
We headed home where I listed and Jeff packed.
In the evening we watched Helix.

Feb 10 ~ Tuesday

Today the kids STILL had a ton of work.
And we also sold a TON of stuff.
I made a box run and got the box sizes that Walmart was out of yesterday and then later Jeff and I made the Post Office run and then went to Safeway for Milk.
I talked to both Sally and Sarah today.
The kids didn't bicker nearly as much as usual which made it a good day!
Tonight we watched 12 Monkeys.

Feb 9 ~ Monday

Today was Grumpy Day.
Everyone was grumpy. Especially boys named Jeff.
I went to Walmart early to get casserole fixings and also to try to get boxes but they were out.
At home the kids had a SUPER lot of work so they were working most of the day.
Jeff packed, I listed.
Chris and Jamie's dog had puppies today! They did not even know she was pregnant!
Made casserole for dinner then watched NCIS-LA before bed.

Feb 8 ~ Sunday

Today was a typical Sunday where we sat around and relaxed.
Early in the day Katherine and I went out to pick up some food then we came home.
I found an ad on Craigslist for getting free spay and neuters and I finally got to make an Appt for Jonesy for the 18th! YEAH!
Jeffrey played on the computer with his friends most of the day and we watched TV.
Star Trek VI, Kill Bill, started to watch a NASA launch but it was scrubbed, America's Funniest Home Videos and finally got started watching the Hunger Games which we will finish tomorrow.
Tonight was the return of the Walking Dead. **SHUDDER** But I really love the show!

Feb 7 ~ Saturday

This morning I went by myself to the Goodwill 50% morning.
I met Jamie and Taylin there.
I got Jeff some pants and shirts and a game for the kids.
Jeff and I drove out to pick up Katherine from where she was staying with Christina which was about 30 miles away.
At home I continued to list the Star Trek figures in between watching some Sunday afternoon TV with Jeff.
Jeff and I sat around for awhile and talked about how we are oging ot make more money and nit on a few ideas that may work!
Tonight we watched Sleepy Hollow.

Feb 6 ~ Friday

Today someone came to look at the noisy LOUD squeaky dryer and they guy ordered a part so hopefully in the not too distant future I will be able to dry clothes without waking up the dead.
I listed a ton of figures and spent about an hour up in the bedroom with Jeff sorting out a big lot that I will list over the next week.
Jeff and I did the post office run and I went to Walmart and used my birthday gift card from Sally to buy an electric wet/dry razor and CD of ocean waves and pretty music.
Tonight we watched Hawaii 5-0.

Feb 5 ~ Thursday

So somehow I managed to miss most of this week.
But since most of it was some ol' same ol' it's not a big deal.
Today was dollar days at the Goodwill so Katherine and I went up the local one and met Jamie and Taylin and we shopped for a while. I got a big air filter for the house that was originally $20 but today it was $1!
I also got a very nice new bra for a $1.
Most of the day was spent waiting got Katherine to get picked up by Christina who is visiting from California. They finally got here in the late afternoon.
Tonight we watched Elementary.

February 1 ~ Sunday

Today was a slow day.... being Super Bowl Sunday and it being here in the local area we stayed close to home.
I did go once to pick up some bottled water and a few food items but otherwise we hung out at home.
I took a both (a REAL bath where I soaked in the tub) and it felt great on my sore back.
As a matter of fact everyone in the house took a bath today.
Jeff and I binge watched Star Trek the Next Generation on BBC and basically just relaxed.
Tonight we watched Grimm.. it was a spooky one.
